Diski Connect Africa

These terms govern your use of Diski Connect Africa. By registering as a player or submitting a contact request as a scout, agent, or club, you agree to them.

1. What this platform is

Diski Connect Africa is a platform that lets football players create a public profile ("Digital Football Passport") to be discovered by scouts, agents, and clubs. Scouts and clubs browse and contact players without needing to create an account. Players register an account, submit a profile for review, and — after approval and payment — become publicly visible.

2. Eligibility

The platform is intended for football players of any age. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should be involved in creating and managing your account and should review these terms on your behalf. The platform does not currently perform automated age verification at registration.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including your identity, football details, and any media you upload
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You may only create and manage an account that represents yourself (or, for a minor, that a parent/guardian is managing on the player's behalf) — not on behalf of someone else without their knowledge

4. Content review and publication

Submitted profiles and uploaded media are reviewed by an administrator before becoming publicly visible. We may approve, reject, or request changes to submitted content at our discretion, including after it has previously been approved, if it's later found to violate these terms. Statistics displayed on a player's profile are entered by platform administrators, not the player, and are self-reported information rather than a certified or independently verified record.

5. Payment and subscription

• Public visibility requires an active subscription
• The subscription price is set and displayed in your local currency at checkout, based on your selected country. The amount shown is the equivalent of a fixed USD price, converted per country — you are paying the local-currency amount displayed to you, not a separate or additional fee.
• Payment is made via mobile money to a country-specific number shown at checkout. After sending payment, you submit proof (a reference number, the phone number used, and a screenshot) for administrator review. Visibility is granted only after that proof is reviewed and approved — sending payment alone does not automatically unlock your profile
• Subscriptions run for a fixed period from approval. Access is automatically suspended if not renewed before the period ends — we will attempt to notify you in advance, but renewal is your responsibility
• Submitting false or fraudulent payment proof is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension
• We do not guarantee that being visible on the platform will result in scout contact, trials, or any other outcome. The platform is a discovery tool, not a placement service.

6. Contact requests

• Scouts, agents, and clubs may submit a contact request on a player's profile without creating an account
• A player's contact details (email, phone) are never shared automatically — a player chooses whether to respond to and share their details with each individual request, and this choice is enforced by the platform, not just a stated policy
• Submitting harassing, misleading, or bad-faith contact requests is prohibited and may result in that submitter being blocked from future use of the platform

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Submit false information about yourself, your football history, or your identity
• Upload media you don't have the rights to use
• Submit fraudulent or altered payment proof
• Use contact requests to harass, deceive, or solicit unauthorized fees from players
• Attempt to circumvent the platform's review or payment processes

8. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you upload. By uploading it, you grant Diski Connect Africa a license to display it on the platform as part of your public profile.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including for fraudulent payment claims, false information, or abuse of the contact request system.

10. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not responsible for the accuracy of information submitted by players, or for the conduct of scouts, agents, or clubs who contact players through the platform.
